How do I subscribe for WebTrade-Professional Version? Are there
any service fees?
To subscribe for WebTrade-Professional Version, please fill in and submit
to us the online Subscription Form found under "WebTrade"

WebTrade-Professional
Version. The service fee is HKD280 per month.
How does KGI charge me for the WebTrade-Professional Version?
If your application is accepted, the first month service fee will be
debited from your KGI Trading Account on the first effective date and a
full month service fee will be debited no matter when you use the service
in the month. NO pro-rata charge will be applied. The service fees for subsequent
months will be charged from your KGI Trading Account on the 5th business
day of the respective months.
How do I cancel my WebTrade-Professional Version?
To discontinue the service, you must fill in and submit to us the online
Cancellation Form found under "WebTrade"

WebTrade-Professional
Version. The effective date for service cancellation is the following
business day after we have received the form.
Please note that you are required to pay a full month service fee no matter which
date of the month you cancel the service, i.e. NO partial refund will be
made.
How do I log in to WebTrade-Professional Version?
You must first install
WebTrade-Professional Version in your computer. Then you can double
click on the WebTrade-Professional Version icon to launch the program,
and log in with your Account ID and password.
Can I log in to WebTrade-Professional Version and WebTrade
simultaneously?
No. If you log in to more than one system simultaneously, you will be treated
as multiple sign-in and the first session will be ended automatically.
What happens if I place an order via the WebTrade-Professional
Version?
If you place an order, you can open the Order Book in the WebTrade-Professional
Version to view the status of your transaction.
An Order Book is a single window which all order information centres around.
In this window, you can monitor all orders and make amendments, if necessary.
To open the Order book, click [Orders] in the menu bar and choose [Order
Book]

How do I amend/cancel order(s) via WebTrade-Professional
Version?
You can amend / cancel order(s) via WebTrade-Professional Version
by the following steps:
- Open [Order Book], click [Orders] in the menu bar and choose [Order
Book].
- To amend an order, fill in and submit [Amend Form] that pops up when
you double click the order in the left-hand frame of [Order Book].
- To cancel an order, please either repeat the above procedure or right
click the order in the [Order Book] then select [CANCEL] on the submenu.

Why does my order change from pending status to inactive
status suddenly?
When a stock price causes substantial fluctuation, pending order can become
inactive order if the amount of the fluctuation is more than a pre-defined
percentage. If this happens, simply highlight your inactivated order, and
right click your mouse to reactivate the order.
What type of account information can I view at WebTrade-Profession
Version?
You can open the Position View page of the WebTrade-Professional
Version to view:
- Stock Balance
- Opening Balance
- Ledger Balance
- Available Balance
- Interest Accrual
- Unclear Cheque
- Net Withdrawal

How do I export my trading records to an Excel spreadsheet?
You can click the [Save] button in the top frame of the Order Book window.
How do I change my password?
After you have launched WebTrade-Professional Version the login
password can be changed in the "File"
"Change
Password" section. Besides, you are advised to change your password
regularly to protect against unauthorized access and your privacy.
NOTE: As WebTrade-Professional Version and "WebTrade" share
the same password, change of your password in any one system will result
in the same change in the other system simultaneously.
