Responsibilities
- Assist the development of digital channel, customer journey, business cases, use cases, process flows, business requirement and wireframes
- Proactively develop, implement and manage the day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms, including online events and digital marketing campaigns
- Manage (content and technical support) website, mobile app and other digital enablement
- Work closely with all related internal & external partners on operation procedural update, including internal procedures, business partners’ policy and regulatory requirements
- Manage and liaise with creative and media agencies for SEO, SEM, Facebook and WeChat, etc. Hands-on experience on China Cross-border eCommerce, Social Media, Influencer Marketing is highly appreciated
- Monitor competitors’ activities, conduct market research and prepare analytic report for the best practice

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in a product development or related role. Previous experience in financial institutions, Fintech or Ecommerce industry is highly preferred
- Good understanding in Fintech, Ecommerce and industry players in the markets
- Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams
- Solid experience in Google Analytics, SEO or other media technologies that can drive the digital marketing efforts
- Familiar with the operation of online social platforms and promotion
- Can-do attitude, ability to work independently as well as a good team player, and strong drive to get things done
- Both agency and inhouse experience is an advantage
- Embrace agile methodology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. VBA, Macro and JIRA will be an advantage

- Compile and report daily P&L, explanation of P&L and analysis of P&L reports in Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives products
- Off Market check for trading books
- Execute and manage end-of-month P&L reporting
- Support new businesses, products, books and traders by participating in the control framework setup
- Collaborate closely with Front to Back office

Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Risk Management or other quantitative subjects
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in product control / middle office / trade support / market risk. Candidates with less experience but with a strong background will also be considered
- Knowledge of financial instruments is important, especially with Fixed Income products, derivatives and other structured products
- Advanced level of skills using Excel (Macros)
- Attention to details, highly numerical and high accuracy
- Able to speak Mandarin comfortably
