Wealth Management Advisor (Ref: WMA)

Analyst/Associate, Product Control - Finance (Ref: APC)

Responsibilities

 

Ÿ            Generate and provide commentary on daily profit and loss report of cash equity and equity derivative trading business

Ÿ            Perform month end marks review and profit and loss reconciliation with financial reporting

Ÿ            Participating in new product initiatives, system enhancement and automation for PL calculation and journal posting

Ÿ            Work closely with front office, operations, risk management and other teams in finance to ensure trades are accurately booked in relevant systems 

 

 

Requirements

 

Ÿ            University graduate/Master in accounting or finance

Ÿ            1-3 years of middle office/product control experience in financial institutions

Ÿ            Excellent product knowledge of equity derivative products is highly desirable.  Experience in exotic equity derivative products, structured products and convertible bond would be a definite asset

Ÿ            Have intuitive understanding of option greeks, valuation methodology and related accounting standard for derivatives. 

Ÿ            Proficiency in using Bloomberg and/or Reuters 

Ÿ            Strong control mindset

Ÿ            Conversational English and Mandarin

Ÿ            Preferably with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access

Ÿ            to direct & establish compliance-related functions

Cash Transaction Processing Manager (Ref: CTPM)

Ÿ            Supervise the Cash Transaction Processing team and direct its day-to-day activities which include cash payment, cash collection, cash transfer, book-entry cash transfer, etc

Ÿ            Establish and execute control measures to secure quality of day-to-day activities

Ÿ            Maintain and implement policies and procedures on cash transaction processing

Ÿ            Develop and maintain service standard with internal customers
