Responsibilities
|
|
|
Generate and provide commentary on daily profit and loss
report of cash equity and equity derivative trading business
Perform month end marks review and profit and loss
reconciliation with financial reporting
Participating in new product initiatives, system
enhancement and automation for PL calculation and journal posting
Work closely with front office, operations, risk
management and other teams in finance to ensure trades are accurately booked
in relevant systems

Requirements
|
|
|
University graduate/Master in accounting or finance
1-3 years of middle office/product control experience in
financial institutions
Excellent product knowledge of equity derivative products
is highly desirable. Experience
in exotic equity derivative products, structured products and convertible
bond would be a definite asset
Have intuitive understanding of option greeks, valuation methodology and related
accounting standard for derivatives.
Proficiency in using Bloomberg and/or Reuters
Strong control mindset
Conversational English and Mandarin
Preferably with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access
