How do I subscribe for service packages of US streaming market data?
To subscribe for any one of service packages of the US streaming market data, you must fill in and submit to us the online Subscription Form under "WebTrade"

Can I subscribe for the China Residents Discount streaming quote package?
China Residents Discount streaming quote package is restricted to KGI’s subscribers who reside in Mainland China (exclude Hong Kong and Macau). that have gotten KGI services.
How does KGI charge me on service packages of US streaming market data?
If your application is accepted, the first monthly service fee will be debited from your KGI Trading Account on the first effective day and a month's full service fee will be debited no matter when you use the service in the month. NO pro-rata charge will be applied. The service fees for subsequent months will be charged to your KGI Trading Account on the fifth business day of the respective month and are shown in your statement as Non-Purchases and Sales..
How do I cancel my subscribed service packages of US streaming market data ?
To discontinue the service, you must fill in and submit the online Cancellation
form found under "WebTrade""Other
Service""Real-time Market
Data" (except the streaming quote package of the AASTOCKS QuoteWinner (HK and US Quote 25) with ChartWinner [China Residents Discount]).
To cancel the streaming quote package of AASTOCKS QuoteWinner(HK and US Quote 25) with ChartWinner [China Residents Discount], please call 24-hour InvestLine at (852) 2878-5555 or contact your Investment Representative.
The effective date for service cancellation is the following business day after we have received the form.
Please note that you are required to pay a full month's service fee in no relation to which date of the month you cancel the service, i.e. NO partial refund will be made.
