| Responsibilities
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support / service for the Managing Director and the team;
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Prepare business correspondence, reports and presentation materials;
- To liaise with both internal and external parties for meeting coordination and related matters;
- Handle expense claims and reporting;
- Support any ad hoc assignments.

| Requirements
- University graduate;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Secretary or Personal Assistant in financial industry;
- Attentive to details, mature, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Excellent work co-ordination, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Experience in serving senior executives is highly preferable;
- High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

| Responsibilities
- To lead a team in handling day-to-day works on client fund withdrawal, client fund deposit, internal fund transfer, funding of bank account, etc
- To coordinate with other internal functions to ensure complete and proper update in various systems
- To perform control tasks for relevant processes and improve the control measures from time to time
- To maintain good relationship with partnered banks and follow up with them to handle exceptions
- To lead or participate in system development projects for relevant processes

| Responsibilities
- Perform daily trade support and settlement tasks for local and overseas listed derivative products
- Process tasks specific for contract expiration like contract lapse, options exercise and assignment, etc
- Execute and enhance daily control on listed derivatives operations
- Process trades give-up and give-in, claim spread, position offset, etc with brokers and clearing houses
- Manage the margin with brokers and clearing houses in accordance to procedures
- Handle requests and enquiries from salesperson, regulators, auditors, IRD, etc
- Prepare regular administrative and regulatory reports

| Responsibilities
- Leading and executing Equity Capital Market (ECM) transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting in business development and marketing.
- Involving in ECM works, underwriting, placing, arranging roadshows and performing due diligence works.
- Liaising and coordinating with individual and institutional investors.
- Ensure that the necessary documentation and processes are in place for the Chinese Walls between Investment Banking, Sales and Research during mandated transaction.

| Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years prior financial Industry working experience including 5 years as the head or a senior member of the ECM team with a properly established and operating securities firm in Hong Kong.
- Prefer being existing license representative under Hong Kong SFC regulated activates of dealing securities (RA1) / advisory on corporate finance (RA6).
- Candidates with qualified accountant background will be an advantage. Holder of AICPA / AHKSA / CPA is preferable.

- To provide in-house legal training to staff members.

- Must be able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
